The Cisco Development Corporation will hold a public hearing on a proposed economic development project to assist Muddy Mike’s with improvements to its ADA accessibility ramp to meet TxDOT standards, in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code.

The Cisco Development Corporation (CDC) Type B will hold a public hearing on January 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at 701 Conrad Hilton Blvd, Cisco, Texas, to receive public comments regarding a proposed Type B project known as “Project Bolt.”

The CDC proposes to provide economic development assistance to Knothead, LTD in an amount not to exceed $100,000 to support the construction of a storage and retail space at Cisco Lumber and Supply.

The purpose of this project is to promote business growth, job creation, and capital investment within the City of Cisco.​

The Cisco Development Corporation (CDC) Type B will hold a public hearing on January 13, 2026 at 4:00PM at 701 Conrad Hilton Blvd, Cisco, Texas, to receive public comments regarding a proposed Type B project known as “Project Landman.”

The CDC proposes to provide economic development incentives to Arnold Land Surveying consisting of:

1.      A land grant valued at $50,000, and

2.      Financial assistance for the construction of an office building in an amount not to exceed $225,000.

These incentives are intended to support the development and expansion of Arnold Land Surveying and to promote new jobs, capital investment, and economic growth within the City of Cisco.

This notice is issued in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Chapter 505, which requires a public hearing and public notice before authorizing expenditures of Type B sales tax funds. Funding for this project may not be provided until 60 days after the first publication of this notice.

The CDC proposes to provide economic development assistance to Southside Vintage Farmers Market in an amount not to exceed $9,999.99 for cleanup of a demolished building and the purchase of picnic tables and base material for use at the farmers market.

This project is intended to support community revitalization, enhance public gathering spaces, and promote economic activity in the City of Cisco.

This notice is issued in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Chapter 505, which requires a public hearing and public notice before authorizing expenditures of Type B sales tax funds. Funding for this project may not be provided until 60 days after the first publication of this notice.
