NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING CANCELLATION
Date: March 10, 2026
This notice is to inform the public and all members of the Board of Directors of Cisco Development Corporation and Cisco 4A Development Corporation that the Board of Directors meeting scheduled for March 10, 2026, has been canceled due to the anticipated lack of a quorum as required under the corporation’s bylaws.
As a quorum is not expected to be present, the meeting will not be held as scheduled.
A new meeting date and time will be determined, and a subsequent notice will be provided to the public and to all directors.

Public Notice
The Cisco Development Corporation (CDC) will hold a public hearing to consider providing financial assistance in the amount of $28,000 to Trey & Shelah Morton. The funds will assist with the purchase of property located at 1308, 1310, and 1312 Conrad Hilton Boulevard, Cisco, Texas, to be used as part of their existing Farmers Market.
The public hearing will be held on March 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at 701 Conrad Hilton Boulevard, Cisco, Texas.
All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and provide comments regarding the proposed financial assistance.

The Cisco Development Corporation will hold a public hearing on a proposed economic development project to assist Muddy Mike’s with improvements to its ADA accessibility ramp to meet TxDOT standards, in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code.
