The Cisco Development Corporation (CDC) will host a public hearing on February 11, 2025 at 4:00pm at 701 Conrad Hilton Blvd, Cisco, Texas to take public comment regarding an amendment to the agreement by and between the Cisco Development Corporation, Cisco S.A.F.E. and the City of Cisco. The Parties now desire to amend Sections 4(a), 5(a), and 7(a) of the Original Agreement to address the increase in funding from $550,000.00 to $615,000.00 from the CDC for the construction of a multi-use public park and recreation facility on property owned by the Cisco Development Corporation, also known as “Project Function Junction (aka Legacy Park),” and  authorized by sections 501.101 and 505.152 of the Texas Local Government Code.
