AirSpace Auctions
"Born out of a desire to simplify aircraft transactions,” this business located on Cisco Municipal Airport as part of the City's long-term plan to invest in the area, brining 4 new jobs to community.
Complete Dental Care
After nearly two years of work, Cisco welcomed its second dental care office. The business added 8 new jobs and provided both state-of-the-art equipment and new services including orthopedic and pediatric dentistry.
BHxCO
In early 2023, the Cisco 4A Development Corporation signed a lease agreement with BHxCO to occupy a 12,000 sq ft building at Cisco Municipal Airport, and creating more than 12 new jobs in the first year.
Poppies Florist
In early 2022, the Cisco Development Corporation, sold property to Poppies Florist, providing a physical location in a commercial property and repurposing a blank piece of property.
Road Ranger
In mid 2021, the Cisco Development Corporation, along with the City of Cisco, provided a joint agreement for water infrastructure to construct a new $8 million travel center that will create up to 80+ new jobs.
Cisco College
In mid 2021, the Cisco 4A Development Corporation provided assistance to Cisco College to establish Commercial Driver's License program in response to the nation's supply chain crisis.
AAA Storage
In early 2021, the Cisco Development Corporation sold property to AAA Storage in order for them to expand their storage facility providing climate-controlled units and boat and RV storage, utilizing vacant land.
AT&T 5G Cell Tower
In early 2021, the Cisco Development Corporation leased property to AT&T to construct a cell tower providing 5G connection to citizens in North Cisco, areas with limited or no connectivity.
Muddy Mikes Bar and Grill
In early 2020, the Cisco Development Corp provided a loan for the redevelopment of 100 W 10th St. The iconic building was redeveloped as the new home for bar and grill in downtown Cisco, Texas creating up to 10 new jobs.
Dan Brook Art Studio
In early 2020, the Cisco Development Corporation provided assistance in the form of a low interest loan to Dan Brook who converted it into his art studio for the bronze sculptures.
Blue Duck Winery
In early 2020, the Cisco Development Corporation provided a low interest loan to Blue Duck Winery, Cisco's second winery. Owned and operated by Adrian Allen, the location offers its patrons a unique variety of wines and brick oven pizza made from scratch.
HTT Solutions Consulting
In late 2019, the Cisco 4A Development Corporation constructed a 7,700 square foot hangar at the Cisco Municipal Airport for HTT Solutions Consulting. This international company utilizes the facility for manufacturing carbon fiber brake pads for high end car manufacturers.
County Maintenance Barn
In late 2019, the Cisco Development Corporation exchanged property with Eastland County to relocate the Precinct 4 Maintenance barn from its current location on Conrad Hilton Blvd to north Cisco. The exchange not only provided more space for County maintenance, but freed up an existing property for commercial development on the main road through Cisco.
Cisco Municipal Airport
In early 2019, the Cisco 4A Development Corporation matched a grant acquired by the City of Cisco to resurface the Cisco Municipal Airport. The effort to do so was aimed and revitalized an major piece of infrastructure that had garnered great interest for commercial and industrial development.
NDS Fabricators
In mid 2018, the Cisco 4A Development Corporation provided a low interest loan for NDS Fabricators to purchase a hangar at the Cisco Municipal Airport. NDS did welding work for the oil field before closing in 2021 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ruby's Pearls
In mid 2018, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted Ruby's Pearls with the purchase and finish out of their building on Conrad Hilton bringing a city inspired boutique to downtown Cisco.
Red Gap Brewing Company
In mid 2018, the Cisco 4A Development Corporation assisted Red Gap Brewing Company with the purchase of their brewing and canning equipment to allow for the company to expand into manufacturing and increase their sales across the state.
Slowpoke Farm Market
In early 2018, the Cisco Development Corporation helped Slowpoke Farm with the purchase and finish out of their building in downtown Cisco. They completed project is home to one of Cisco's most iconic restaurants now serve organic meals and fresh baked pies.
Red Gap Brewing Company
In late 2017, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted Red Gap Brewing Company with the purchase of their building. Red Gap Brewing Company brings food trucks in on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings for patrons to eat, drink, and be merry.
Premier Acupuncture and Wellness
In late 2017, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted Premier Balance in the purchase of essential equipment. The business now serves the community with acupuncture, a float cabin, laser treatment and other holistic ways for pain management and treatment.
Waverly's Facade
In early 2017, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted Waverly's in the renovation of the façade of the building next door to their legendary coffee shop. This helped expand the coffee shop and allowed the owners to offer more services.
Profrac
In early 2017, the Cisco Development Corporation, along with the City of Cisco and Profrac, obtained a grant to pave the street leading from Conrad Hilton to the facility. The upgrade in the street provided a reinforced concrete foundation that would better endure the heavy truck traffic to the facility.
Vick Prospect Group
In mid 2016, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted Vick Prospect Group in the remodel of their building. Vick Prospect Group is home to personal trainers for rehabilitation and has created 10 new jobs.
Jason Mahon Law Firm
In mid 2016, the Cisco Development Corporation sold the building located at 608 Conrad Hilton to Jason Mahon to serve as the offices for the Mahon Law Firm, continuing the organization's efforts to revitalize downtown.
CDC Office
In mid 2016, the Cisco Development Corporation purchased the former Citi Bank building at 701 Conrad Hilton and renovated the property to serve as their corporate offices in downtown Cisco.
Cisco Dental
In early 2016, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted Cisco Dental in the remodeling and furnishing of the old Cisco Press building located at 700 Conrad Hilton Blvd. Cisco Dental serves the dental needs of patients of all ages and has 7 employees.
Sarah's Dance Studio
In mid 2015, the Cisco Development Corporation sold the property located at 109 E 9th St to Sarah Schafer to establish a dance studio downtown in Cisco. The building once served as a cold storage warehouse and would serve to be a part of the organization's efforts to revitalize the area.
Affinity Family Health and Wellness
In early 2015, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted in the building and redevelopment of 707 Conrad Hilton Blvd for Affinity Family Health and Wellness. Doing so, brought minor healthcare services to Cisco and helped revitalize the downtown area and added employment.
Laguna Loft Apartments
In early 2017, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted in the acquisition of a grant for the redevelopment of the old Laguna Hotel, an iconic Cisco landmark. The CDC also assisted in the repair of the sidewalk around the building.
Laguna Loft Addition
In early 2017, the Cisco Development Corporation sold property to MRE Capital in order to provide space for apartments in addition to those at the Laguna Loft Apartments to be built.
First Financial Bank
In late 2014, the Cisco Development Corporation provided assistance to support the construction of a new building for First Financial Bank. The CDC provided funds for asphalt street, curb, gutter and sidewalk next to the building, providing the means for the new building.
New China
In late 2014, the Cisco Development Corporation sold the property located at 715 Conrad Hilton Blvd to New China, brining a Chinese restaurant downtown Cisco, and improving a downtown property.
Humble Townhomes
In late 2014, the Cisco 4A Development Corporation provided property for the purpose of construction of apartment units, bringing some much needed housing to Cisco.
JT Ranch Quilt Shop
In mid 2014, the Cisco Development Corporation provided financial assistance for a structural repair and improvements to 706 Conrad Hilton Blvd, bringing a quilt and custom sewing shop to downtown Cisco.
Log Cabin Collectables
In mid 2014, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted in the purchase of property located at 619 Conrad Hilton in downtown Cisco, bringing an antique store and custom framing shop to the downtown area.
Laser Wash
In early 2014, the Cisco Development Corporation provided assistance to purchase the property across the street from Brookshires to construct a laser car wash.
Precision Tire
In late 2013, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted in the construction and financing of the building and equipment for a full-service automotive repair shop in Cisco.
Spotted Zebra
In late 2013, the Cisco Development Corporation purchased and redeveloped the property located at 604 Conrad Hilton Blvd to place a boutique women's retail outlet in the downtown area.
Higginbothams
In early 2013, the Cisco Development Corporation provided property on I-20 frontage to Higginbotham Brothers hardware store, contributing to the organization's efforts to develop real estate on the interstate highway.
Flying J/Denny's
In late 2012, the Cisco Development Corporation negotiated assistance in the form of extending infrastructure under the interstate to the location of a new Flying J and Denny's restaurant. After being built, the owner of Flying J and Denny's built a 9-vehicle charging space.
Warehouse Salon
In mid 2012, the Cisco Development Corporation provided financial assistance in order to repair and remodel Warehouse Salon bringing a salon to downtown Cisco, TX.
Waverly's Coffee Shop
In early 2012, the Cisco Development Corporation financed a loan for the purchase and remodel of property for Waverly's Coffee Shop. Waverly's brings people from all over for the unique experience of a coffee shop.
Chicken Express
In late 2011, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted Chicken Express with curb and gutter on their parking lot, bringing the famous restaurant franchise to Cisco and adding to the growing number of restaurants to the city.
Dollar General
In early 2009, the Cisco Development Corporation assisted in the construction of a new building for Dollar General helping them move into a larger and more modern facility.
