Red Gap Brewing
712 Conrad Hilton Blvd.
One of the most iconic and recognizable buildings in Cisco sits on the intersection of Highway 6 and Highway 183. While this building had been one of the better maintained and kept buildings, it certainly would be improved by additional renovations. Little did we know what this building would soon become in Cisco.
The business owners poured a considerable amount of their own resources into the business, but needed a little help with purchasing equipment. The CDC was glad to help the business meet its goals. And it has!
Jason Mahon and Ryan Dekok had found themselves in Cisco visiting the ranch that one of them owned. They really enjoyed what was happening in Cisco, the attitude of the citizens and the inviting economic environment. They approached the CDC about bringing a new and unique business to town. They wanted to bring in a brewery with the idea of eventually having a canning facility.
The Red Gap Brewing Company came to the CDC to acquire some more land in order to expand their canning facility. The Board approved their expansion to the lot behind their existing company. Stay tuned for more pictures and updates!
